Renters for the Woden Community Center

The rental fee is $75/day, with a $75 dollar deposit due upon reservation, and a potential cleaning fee of $75 added if center is not adequately cleaned at the end of your event. As long as you clean the community center after your use, no fee will be charged. The center will be checked after each use and if necessary we may elect to enact the cleaning fee up front in the future.

Cleaning is to include, but is not limited to:

Counters must be wiped down, and the floors and the bathrooms cleaned. Any towels used from the kitchen must be taken home and washed, then returned to the center. All garbage must be taken out, and if it will not fit in the green container provided, you must either buy a garbage sticker for the extra bag or take the garbage home with you.

All renters must carry their own liability insurance while at the community center.

Since the community center has been repainted and updated, we ask that you do not use tape or funtak on the walls. If you tape or put anything on the walls and it removes paint, you will be charged the $75 deposit fee.

Please leave the tables and chairs set up when you are finished with your event and are done using the center. If you use the community center and are using someone else to cater, it is your responsibility to ensure that the community center is cleaned after use.

There is no garbage disposal at the center so please do not put food down the sink drains.
