OLD BUSINESS

Junk Vehicles: Kaci will be sending out letters to those with junk vehicles with options of where to take the vehicles or companies willing to come take the vehicles.

Trees: The City was offered half of the original amount asked for with the DNR grant.  The City was awarded $15,000 so we will be scaling down the tree cutting plans.  If anyone wants to put a bid in please do so by October 1st.

Motion :Stucki                        Second :Piper              Motion : Carried

NEW BUSINESS

Cats:  Susan Brandt brought up the concern of people feeding and housing wild cats, and that people that are should start paying licenses for them.  The City disagreed and said that the only thing will be if the cats are not licensed that the cats may be removed.

Toilet: The men’s bathroom in the fire station is not flushing properly so we will be getting a new toilet.  Council also decided to get hand dryers since the toilet is broken from vandalism of flushing paper towels.

Motion: Stucki                        Second Rout                Motion Carried

Annual Financial Report: We started with the 7 year financial report that shows that all accounts have gone up this past fiscal year.  With this trend the City will be looking into projects that will improve the town for our next fiscal years budget.  The City will most likely start with storm tile drainage as the first project.  Kaci will start to get quotes for what it will cost the city.

Open for discussion: Nothing was brought up at this time.

Adjournment: Rout made motion to adjourn at 6:43 PM, Piper seconded
